QuikPay (Direct)
The fastest and easiest way to charge credit cards using only an internet connection directly through your QuikStor Express software. The integration with CardReady Merchant Service's Plug'n Pay allows seamless transactions from Express' Payment form, as well as automatic credit card & checking account billing during the Overnight Processing that make monthly payments a breeze.

QuikLedger
The QuikLedger module is QuikStor's integration with Intuit's QuickBooks (TM) accounting software. QuikStor Express' integration with Intuit's QuickBooks (TM) software is simple to use, yet powerful. It allows you to assign QuikStor's transaction categories to one or more income categories in QuickBooks (TM) and export all "dollars-across-the-table" transactions to a QuickBooks (TM) import file.

Microsoft Outlook Integration
QuikStor has developed an e-mail integration so that you can benefit from all the features of Microsoft Outlook while running QuikStor Express. This new integration uses all the default server settings already set-up in Microsoft Outlook so that you are not required to spend any additional effort activating e-mail options in QuikStor Express. With this component all your mail will be organized and put in one spot. All e-mails sent from QuikStor Express will open and save in Microsoft Outlook along with any other e-mails sent independently. Use this integration to e-mail your tenants receipts, invoices, and notices. E-mailing such letters will cut down on printing and mailing costs.

Driver's License Swipe
This new innovation within QuikStor Express allows your site to automatically insert the information from a new tenants Driver's License using one of the new QuikReader Three Layer Card Scanners. This can save you a vast amount of time inputting each move-in and/or reservation. The process of using this is a simply click of a button within the Express Move-In and Reservation screens.

Site Map
This add-on module for QuikStor Express allows you to create a map of your site within the QuikStor Express software. This is a very simple drag and drop function to creating the map of your site. This also allows you to print out a copy of the Site Map.

Overnight Reports
This add-on module for QuikStor Express allows you to schedule reports to automatically print during the Overnight Processing. This allows you to set any of the QuikStor Express reports to print out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly on specified dates. This can also be used to e-mail reports to an e-mail address that you can specify during the Overnights.

QuikPhoto
QuikPhoto brings digital photography to your mini-storage. QuikPhoto gives you a much more personal connection with the tenants at your site. Your staff can not only confirm up to 4 photographs of those allowed access to your facility, but can also print these pictures to keep as hard copy files. You can use almost any digital camera or scanner and make a permanent record of a unit's contents prior to an auction.

The QuikPhoto module includes a Logitech QuikCam Express camera.
