Moving a tenant in

This is the final step to take in the Move-In process. In this window, you will indicate the payment method your tenant is using.

First, choose a payment method by clicking on Cash, Check, or Credit Card.

Cash: If your tenant is paying in cash, click on this option.

Check: If the tenant is paying by check, click this option and enter the check number and the Bank Number (these are required to complete the transaction).

Credit Card: Click on this option if your tenant is paying using a credit card. Enter the credit card number.

Check the "Amount Remaining to Pay" to make sure that it is correct, and then click OK to complete the Move-In process.
