QuikStor OnDemand features

QuikStor OnDemand (QoD) was designed from the ground up to provide an easy way for any facility to view crucial site data from anywhere in the world. QoD is what is called a "Read-Only" software, which means that you can view all of your data but you cannot make changes to it*. Let's walk through a few of the features that you can use in your new software:

Dashboard

The dashboard is a graphical representation of your facility data broken down into varying graphs designed to give you the most crucial information needed to run your facility efficiently. Without running reports or poring over data you can see in a matter of seconds the status and health of your facility.

Report Center

The first thing you will notice is that the look & feel of the QoD Report Center is similar to the one in QuikStor Express. This means no learning curve when you need to run reports remotely. There are over 150 reports available through the QoD Report Center, all of which are the same style and naming convention as QuikStor Express.

Tenant Map

using Google Maps® the TENANT MAP feature displays a storage unit at the location of the facility and a person icon at each tenant's address. This provides a quick visual representation of where your tenants are coming from and where you may need to focus your marketing efforts going forward. You can see further information, such as address and unit number, by clicking on a tenant's icon.
